Our Commercial Philosophy

We strive to build a close relationship with our customers in particular, we are always happy to place our design expertise at their disposal. In many cases, our contribution has enabled our customers to achieve a higher level of integration than originally envisaged, reducing their product costs and assembly times.

Equally, our pioneering use of new materials has resulted in some stunning interface panels and our own research and development activities, notably in the fields of illumination and backlighting, have overcome technical barriers and improved the functionality of the product, while recent developments such as in-mould decoration have opened up significant new design possibilities.

If we are not required to contribute to the front-end design process, we are equally happy to quote purely for manufacturing against supplied drawings.

We have considerable experience of supplying customers who use JIT ship to line management of their own manufacturing processes; we successfully work with customers to achieve cost-down objectives as projects develop and we are always happy to investigate alternative solutions to existing products.
